Who we are

CUVICo is an independent transaction advisory firm focused on energy and infrastructure. Data controller: CUVICo, Monseñor Félix Cabrera 62, Office 22, Providencia, Santiago, Chile. Contact email: contacto@cuvico.cl.

What data we receive

We only receive the data you send us through the contact form: your name, your email address, the subject, your message and the language of the page you write from.

To prevent spam, the system counts how many messages arrive from the same connection within an hour. It uses a technical identifier derived from the IP address, which we use for no other purpose. The website hosting provider may keep technical access logs (IP, date and page visited).

This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools.

What we use it for

To reply to your enquiry, to assess whether we can help and to continue the business conversation where appropriate, and to protect the website from abuse. We do not use your data for mass advertising and we do not sell it.

Who we share it with

With the providers that host the website and CUVICo's email (GoDaddy), who process the data on our behalf. In addition, when the page loads your browser requests the Inter typeface from Google's servers (Google Fonts), which receive your IP address. If you click a link to LinkedIn, that platform's privacy policy applies.

Some of these providers may process data outside Chile.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to reply to them and, if no business relationship begins, for up to 24 months. If a business relationship begins, the information is kept for the periods that apply to that relationship.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to its processing, and to exercise any other rights Chilean personal data protection law gives you. Write to contacto@cuvico.cl and we will reply promptly.

Security

The website runs over an encrypted connection (https) and access to the messages received is limited to CUVICo's partners.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
